We organise field trips to community places like temples, police stations, malls, farms and other places of interest, providing real-world experiences that complement classroom learning. Nature walks, gardening and outdoor play encourage children to learn about the environment and science through observation and interaction.
We believe in the power of experiential learning and one of the engaging methods we employ is role-play. Children are encouraged and trained to participate in role-play activities. This immersive approach allows them to step into different roles and scenarios, fostering creativity, empathy and problem-solving skills. Role-play not only makes learning enjoyable but also equips our students with the ability to understand and navigate real-life situations with confidence.
Our school’s ‘Colour Day’ celebration is a delightful and visually vibrant event that takes place regularly. On these special days, students come dressed in attire predominantly featuring the chosen colour of the month. Not only do they wear colourful outfits, but they also bring along objects, toys or accessories of the same hue. This interactive experience helps our young learners grasp the concept of colours in a fun and hands-on way.
We believe in nurturing talent and fostering a spirit of healthy competition among our students. That’s why we organise a diverse range of monthly competitions, including Jhatpat Snacks, Show and Tell, Calligraphy and many more. These contests not only showcase our students’ skills and creativity but also encourage them to explore their interests. Recognizing and celebrating excellence, we award winners with certificates, fostering a sense of accomplishment and motivation to excel further in their academic journey.
Our school’s approach to moral education for our little ones is both engaging and impactful. Our dedicated teachers arrange storytelling sessions in which they use props and creativity to narrate moral-based stories to our young learners. Our teachers use hands-on activities like art and craft, play doh creations, finger painting, paper folding, vegetable printing, building with blocks, sensory bins etc. which allow children to explore concepts through direct experience. These activities are not only enjoyable but also promote artistic exploration and fine motor skill development, making them wonderful outlets for children to unleash their creativity.
