Healthy Food Habits

Keeping Your Child Fit and Fine

We, as a school and teachers, provide nourishment for the mind. Similarly, the mother, as a homemaker, provides nourishment for the body. A well-balanced and healthy diet is crucial in today’s times. Here are some suggestions to assist you:

  • Prepare a tiffin for your child with love and care.
  • Avoid including items like instant noodles, as they are neither healthy nor enjoyable when cold.
  • If you are not using foil, use napkins to prevent food from becoming soggy.
  • If your child enjoys sliced fruits, wrap them in cling film (plastic wrap). If not, it is best to give them whole after washing and drying them.
  • Ensure that your child’s meals are nutritious, rich in proteins, vitamins, and other essential nutrients, providing them with the required energy.

Rules For Early Departure
